What types of businesses do you work with?
We work primarily with owner-led businesses—typically in real estate, professional services, construction, and other operationally complex industries. Our clients range from single-owner firms to multi-generational family businesses.
What's your geographic focus?
We're based in Clackamas, OR and work primarily with clients regionally. For consulting engagements, we're willing to travel for the right fit.
How long does a typical engagement last?
It depends on the scope. Some projects are focused assessments lasting 4–6 weeks. Others are longer-term partnerships spanning months or years, particularly for leadership transitions and major operational overhauls.
Do you take on property management clients?
Selectively. We're not looking to maximize the number of doors under management—we partner with owners who value our approach and are willing to invest in doing things right.
What if we're not sure what we need?
That's common—and fine. Many of our best engagements started with a conversation, not a defined scope. We're happy to talk through your situation and help you figure out what makes sense.
