Thu Companies is a real estate and operations firm established in 1993. Now in our second generation of leadership, we combine hands-on operating experience with strategic discipline to help owner-led businesses grow, professionalize, and endure.
We operate our own portfolio of real estate investments and provide consulting services to closely held businesses facing similar challenges: complexity that has outpaced structure, decisions bottlenecking at the top, and growth straining the systems that got them here.

Founded
Thu Companies established with initial focus on residential real estate investment. First property acquired and self-managed.
1995
Portfolio expansion
Expanded into multifamily properties. Developed standardized property management systems.
